Rieger Lofts - Active

 The Hotel Rieger was built in 1912 and is one of the oldest buildings in Sandusky and has since been abandoned. USCC purchased the building and will transform the building into lofts and business space.
       

Cove on the Bay - Phase I

 Cove on the Bay is a housing development settled on the shores of Sandusky Bay. Features 81 lots, Pavilion, Beach, and Private Marina.
       

Microtel Inns and Suites - Completed March 2008

Jacksonville, FL

Website

Owner/Developer A 78 room hotel located at the Jacksonville International Airport. This specific hotel was one of the first Microtel's to use a new prototype design.
     

Aviation Center of Pompano - Active Project

Pompano Beach, FL

Website

Owner/Developer Scheduled opening in January 2011. The new facility includes fuel, aircraft maintenance, t-hangers, box hangers with offices, tie downs, and flight training.
